[Abstract] Objective To explore the applicative effect of high quality nursing on patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period. Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital and received radical operation on esophageal carcinoma from December 2014 to June 2010 were retrospectively ey were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to nursing measures,with 35 in e control group was received perioperative routine nursing while patient sin the observation group was received pertinent high quality nursing intervention at the basis of routine nursing. Postoperative hospital stay,incidence of plications and satisfaction degree of nursing of two groups were pared. Results Hospitalization stay and hospitalization expenses of patients in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control d the incidence of plications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control e difference was significant and it was statistically significant (P0.05),具有可比性。


如在执教苏教版五下《圆的面积》一课时,教师试图给予学生一个更加开放的探究空间,让学生自己利用学具(包括空白的圆形纸片和画好等分线的圆形纸片)将圆转化成已知图形。几次试教,发现由于极限逼近经验的缺失,学生即使拿到等分好的圆也不敢剪拼,而每个班级总会有几个学生想到在空白的圆形纸片上画出正方形。这引起了教师的思考:学生熟悉的平面图形有长方形、正方形、平行四边形、三角形、梯形,其中与圆最接近的就是正方形,学生在圆中画正方形,这不正是极限逼近数学思想的雏形吗?由此切入,教师引导学生经历不断对折并画出圆内接正多边形的探究活动,从而使学生实现了极限逼近数学思想的原生顿悟。
